Product Line File (w/Lost Orders) (LOS 4)

This option provides access to the Product Line File (FIL 12). The Product Line File groups the items within a manufacturer. The Product Line File also contains important purchasing parameters that can apply to all items within the product line. For natural products such as marble and stone, the manufacturer code and product line codes represent groups and categories as opposed to actual brand name product lines.

The Lost Orders functionality predominately affects the Activity Analysis By Product Line screen. Follow this path to get to the Activity Analysis By Product Line:

1. Enter a Manufacturer and Product Line .
2. Press F4 = Sales to access the Computer Sales By Product Line screen
3. Press F16=Activity to access the Activity Analysis By Product Line screen (shown below).

The Lost Order information is shown as the last entry for each month.
